So Kristin and I went to Tom’s (local Fav restaurant) with Tman for his last big dinner in Murray. Kinda sad, I must say. Tuesday will be his last day here, and he will be gone this weekend of course. I think I could count the weekends he spent here in our apartment on one hand more than likely. Not saying that’s a bad thing.
I am ready for a great weekend at the lake and spending time with Kristin and my family. Everyday I spend with her the more beautiful she seems. I enjoy each and every moment I spend with her. She holds the most special place in my heart. Kind of ironic as I am typing this “You are so Beautiful” by Joe Cocker started playing. Gotta love the iPod.

Its sad to think that this is the final week Tman (my roommate) will be in Murray. He is moving out. I have very much enjoyed living with him over this past 11 months. We had lots of good times. I also have not yet decided on what to do about MY living arrangements.

Last Saturday night Kristin and I went to see Bill Engvall in Metropolis at outside venue. He was hilariously funny. We had a great time. It was a beautiful night outside, making the show that much more enjoyable.
My roommate is now officially transferring to SIU. So I must find another roommate or move out and sign another lease. Big dilemma I have been faced with for a while now. Tuff decisions.
Yesterday, Wednesday, I found out will be moving to working days sometime around September. So I am very excited about that. Not quite sure who is more excited me or Kristin.
My cousin Joe and his wife will return from Grenada next week, where he is currently located for med school. I am excited about that. Hopefully the four of us will be able to go out to eat before they leave on their cruise. He and I are talkin about a weekend trip for the four of us if I can get off long enough when Kristin is off for us to go. More news on that later.

I have decided that this shift (4-12) is better than midnight, but dang I miss my woman!! I haven’t seen her in forever! At least I have only to work this shift 2 days. Wednesday I work 8-5, then off Thursday and Friday.

Long time no post, I know. I have been very busy at work, so I have had little time to even check my email. As of lately, we went to Nashville, IL this past Saturday for Garrett and Paje’s going away party. They are moving to Montana. Kristin and I are planning visiting them on our visit out west in August.
Yesterday, Sunday Kristin and I went to the lake with my parents for a little boating. We were out long enough for all four of us to ski when the rain rolled in. I showed Kristin and my mom that I could get up on one ski. This past Tuesday, my dad, my two sisters, and I went out on the lake. Jessie and I both got up on our first try on one ski. Needless to say, I am a little proud of myself
After we were rained out at the lake, we drove to Wood ‘n’ Wave bike shop at the lake. Just to look of course. Well we left there with Kristin a new bike. A sweet bike, which I am jealous of. On the way home we stopped a Belews, she had heard about it, so I took her for the experience. She liked it. Of course, when we got back to Murray we had to take a bike ride. I think she loves her new bike and I am glad.

As I sat in a Calvert City Baptist Church for my good friend from college Jay Powell’s wedding, I got the weirdest feeling. Don’t get me wrong over overjoyed for the friend, but I was almost shocked when I thought about how I knew everyone in the wedding party which were all younger than I, except one. I also knew a good amount of other people, well maybe not know all of them but I definitely recongnized a bunch of faces from MSU. The reception wound out to be a kicking good time. Really enjoyed it. I even was eventually able to drag Kristin out on the dance floor for a couple of songs.
